Assessor Comments
On offer is a well bred line of 44x44 Bongongo blood Angus cows and calves. These cows were re-depastured to high indexing Bongongo bulls for 10 weeks from the 1/6 through to the 15/8. Cows were purchased all one mark account the breeder off Auctionplus from a good local herd and have all reared a calf each year since. These cows are on the do after coming through a tough Autunm/winter period. They are medium to large framed and are in strong store to forward store condition, still with lots of capacity to put weight on. They are doing a very good job on their CAF. Calves are all marked and have had a 5in1. Vendors are only selling these units to make room for agistment stock to come home. They represent excellent value for anyone looking to trade or secure sound breeders that still have plenty of years ahead of them. All the hard work has been done and with feed in front of these cattle they would convert and perform very quickly.
