the Ellerston cattle are always a pleasure to handle in both paddock and yards, and these heifers are no exception . it is a credit to the management and staff for the extra effort taken when handling their stock.

this is an opportunity to purchase some vendor bred cows bred by Ellerston from the Ellerston cows herd. these cows are mixed ages from 3 to 10yrs. (there are 7x 3yrs, 6 x 4yrs, 4 x 5yrs, 9 x 6yrs, 13 x 7yrs, 3 x 8yrs, 2 x 9yrs, 1 x 10 yrs.) please note all cattle at ellerston are age marked.( all these cows were mouthed at assessment with a solid sound mouth. these cows were PTIC by Dr Peter Gorman at assessment and found to be 3 to 6 months in calf. (cows have had access to the sires used at Ellerston. these sires include Palgrove Charolais , Curracabark Angus, Curracabark Herefords and Knowla Angus sires).
there are 13 angus cows, 23 B/B cows and 9 hereford cows in this run.
Please note there is the odd blue cloud in eye, however not deemed detrimental.
