Very good heifers to handle, no issues with handler in close proximity, all happily obliged for weighing etc. Only instances of stubbornness when separated/going opposite direction from calves etc.

Offering on behalf of Kininmonth Pastoral are 45 PTIC Heifers with 46 spring drop angus calves at foot. Heifers are spring drop 21’ of age, Landfall, Alpine Angus and Injermira Angus blood, and calved as 2yo, all unassisted. Calves at foot are Sep 23’ drop, and sired by Tillabudery Angus bulls. Heifers have been re joined to the same bulls, to commence calving late August (brought forward slightly). Heifers present in store condition, having experienced a tougher spring23’ and also a tough summer24’, with a calf at foot, and also having been re-joined (at a very high percentage), heifers have been working very hard but held up very well all things considered. This presents a great opportunity for the purchaser to continue for a bit longer before weaning and splitting the units, and giving the heifers a couple of months to freshen up before calving again. These heifers would make a great addition to an existing herd, or start of a new one, well bred, great temperate, and have performed
