Cows were very good to handle through the yards and assess, only 3 cows becoming slightly agitated whilst in the crush however once returned to mob did not pose an issue at all. Most cows only walked as the exited the crush.

Assessor Comments
Opportunity Knocking!! Buyers here is a mob of young cows with only their second calf at foot. These cows have been grazing frosted light forestry pasture while supporting their calves and although cows are in light store condition they are sound and strong. A fair portion of these calves would be ready to wean and 26 of these cows have been deemed pregnant by the vendor and due to calve in the spring, which would allow the successful purchaser to join to the bull of their choice at the end of the year, or fatten and split. These cows were great to handle through the yards and assess as were the calves, and are for genuine sale as the vendor has sold the paddock. Here's a great opportunity to add in to an existing herd or possible trade article with calves on the point of weaning to see an early return. Bull data in photo's, 3 cows had minimal blue scarring in one eye.
