Heifers were a pleasure to work through the yards, the walked up with race and through crush in an orderly fashion.

Approx. 46 VGQ No.2 PTIC Angus heifers. At assessment after being in the yards over night and preg tested, the heifers weighed from 312-408kg to ave. 360kg. They were preg tested by the Longreach Vet, with 38 head found to be 3months plus and 8 head 1-3months in calf, 3months+ identified with bang tail, under identified with feather bang. The heifers were joined to VGQ Boshammer Angus bulls. These heifers were originally purchased from the Tamworth area and have been on agistment around Longreach for the last 6 months. The odd heifer noted with fly bit, however not considered detrimental. The heifers were good to handle through the yards and are very quiet. Ideal future breeders with plenty of life in front of them.
