Heifers were a bit anxious coming through for assessing, after having just been preg tested. All were brought up from the back yard by a single, mature aged gentleman without any hassles, and all led up the race well, just getting quite anxious as they neared the crush. Let down the lane way for photos, and the majority began to settle, just a few that continued to do a bit of marching and wanting to push to the back of the mob.

Nice line of 46 Vendor Bred Angus Heifers. These females were the genuine keeper females, joined up and to be kept within the herd, only offered for sale due to the unfortunate loss of a lease paddock forcing their sale. All long bodied, true to type Angus Heifers that will grow out to be moderate framed, productive breeders. 8+ years of pure Crawford Angus Blood. Selecting sires for early growth & maternal attributes. Preg tested in calf to a L.B.W Crawford Angus Bull. Heifers are long deep bodied, with a good square back on them and a pretty head. Just started to spring a Winter coat with the recent cold snap that’s been through. These females will make a lovely line of heifers & calves in the Spring time.
