These cows were a pleasure to handle right throughout the drafting and weighing process. Each cow stood still on the scales in the crush and waited contently then walked on when asked to move. A small % of cows didn't like being mouthed but as expected when no chin bar was used. These cows & calves were drafted in an excellent set of yards which helps. A small % became slightly stirry at drafting but during video/photography quietened down when no pressure was being forced,

A Tidy line of ANGUS & ANGUS X cows (4 - 7.5 year old) , Quiet, Medium to Large frame , Station Mated, presenting in store to forward store condition doing an excellent job on their progeny given the dry summer/autumn conditions. The calves present marked & vaccinated (76-237kg) avg 142kg which demonstrate great squareness & softness for such a young age. Note 41 calves display black coates & 4 display red coates which has thrown back to santa genetics, approx 3 calves display scurr. Cows since calving have been running with Angus bulls which realistic would be a huge chance of there being a large % of 3 in 1 units. Offers intended buyer a Great Opportunity to purchase units that have the quality to either keep as breeders or split in spring/summer months with big vealers. Cows & calves are only being sold due to cows will now be an out of sync joining for Talbragar breeding program. 493kg Angus & Angus Cross cows rejoined with a 142kg calf @ foot.
