The cows worked well through the yards and only two were noted as needing more space when handling. Generally the cows were calm and stood still in the crush.

Offering 47 Good Quality Crossbred Cows. These cows averaged 561kg live at assessment after an overnight curfew. The cows are majority large frame cows with good bone as can be seen in the photos and from the weights recorded at assessment. They were Vet PTIC at assessment to be 1 to 8 months in calf and have been station mated to Sandon Glenoch Angus Bulls. There were 10 cows under 4 months (Feather Bang) and 37 cows 4 months and over (Full Bang). Majority of the cows are originally bred from a Droughmaster base but there are some with other breed influence. The cows are described as mixed age 3 to 14 years old but not all age brands were identifiable on all cows. Please see age section for full age break up. Buyers these cows are a well presented line of large frame cows that will rear another calf for the potential purchaser and the younger cows amongst them will be great breeders to continue on. Please note 1 cow was noted with blight scarring on an eye and two with larger teats.
