A quiet line of predominantly Droughtmaster and Brangus cross cows with Droughtmaster & Droughtmaster/Gelbvieh cross calves. The lighter weight females are mainly heifers on their first or second calf. Cows averaged 415kg, bottom weight of 318kg, top weight 560kg. Calves average weight 114kg, bottom 51kg, top 234kg. Noted 2 cows with a blue eye, 1 with a brushed/weepy eye not deemed serious and 3 with older buffalo fly marks, 1 cow cap off hip. The cows have been continuously running back with Droughtmaster & Droughtmaster/Gelbvieh cross bulls, these crossbred breeders are young enough to continue to breed or later on to split and fatten.
