Generally, the cattle were a pleasure to assess. Well handled cattle that flowed through yards well. Odd cow got excited in crush and exited quickly but settled back into mob well.

A small run of middle age Hereford cows doing a great job on their fresh calves. Cows calved down without any issue and a ready to join to the bull of your choice. These cows would make a welcome addition to any Hereford herd with 10+ years of Karoonda breeding in them, with a big focus on 400 day weight, moderate mature cow weight and top carcass figures. Vendor has regretfully offered them as moving towards more sheep and wants a spring calving for remaining cows.
Please note: Agent can arrange freight to Riverina with weekly market trucks to Wagga. Vendor has 1 other lot in same sale. One cow with longer toes, walks fine but would need to be managed.
