Temperament not assessed in Paddock
The Mopoke cattle are the quietest cattle I assess. Low stress handling is practiced on farm and these cows behave accordingly. They are routinely run through the yards and their temperament is a feature.

Assessor Comments
An outstanding line of NSM heifers with their 1st calf at foot. These heifers were purchased from the Nutrien Classic sale as PTIC Heifers and haven't had a bad day since arriving at Mopoke. Presenting in fresh forward condition these heifers are medium to mostly large frame and are doing a fantastic job on their calves. The heifers themselves are predominately DSK Blood with their calves also being sired DSK Angus bulls. The temperament of these heifers is a feature, a lot of time and effort has gone into their handling. They are extremely quiet to work with. All heifers calved unassisted over a 7-week period. A great opportunity to step into some top-class females with their whole lives ahead of them.
