THE SPILSBURY FAMILY HAVE BEEN BREEDING CATTLE FOR 50 YEARS AND ARE NOTED FOR BREEDING OUTSTANDING QUALITY EU CATTLE THAT WILL MEET ALL DOMESTIC, FEEDER AND EXPORT MARKETS. THE WILUNA CATTLE HAVE FEATURED STRONGLY AT THE LOCAL NEW ENGLAND FEATURE WEANER SALE TOPPING THE MARKET ON MANY OCCASIONS. THIS LINE OF STATION MATED HEIFERS ARE ONLY BEING SOLD DUE TO THE PROPERTY BEING SOLD. THE HEIFERS WERE A PLEASURE TO HANDLE THROUGH THE YARDS DURING THE ASSESSMENT. THE LOW BIRTH WEIGHT BULLS WERE PUT OUT WITH THE HEIFERS ON THE NORMAL JOINING DATE IN LATE AUGUST FOR A MID TO LATE WINTER CALVING WHICH IS A COMMON PRACTICE FOR THE NEW ENGLAND AREA. THIS LOT OF HEIFERS REPRESENT THE TOPS OF THE DROP WITH THE SECONDS SOLD IN THE APRIL WEANER SALE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 2 LOTS IN THIS SALE.
