The heifers were good to very good to handle in the race & crush. Five head were unsettled in the crush and exited quickly. They all settled down in the yards and remained quiet and settled for photos/videos. One heifer was agitated while isolated at the start of preg testing but settled when back in the mob.

A fair to good and very good quality line of soft crossbred PTIC heifers. These heifers are vet PTIC calf to Angus bulls with one red composite bulls who got into the heifers towards the back end of the joining period. They are 6.5 to 8.5 months in calf. The vendor will adhere to the fit to load guidleines with any heifers deemed to close to calving held back from loading after discussions with the buyer. The heifers are approx 85% vendor bred with the balance heifers purchased as weaners in 2024. They are being sold due to a sudden change in direction at Killara. There are approx 10% smaller frame heifers with most of the heifers medium to large frame heifers that should grow into larger frame functional cows. Two heifers noted with small blue eye scarring in one eye. Please note these cattle are in the tick free zone and a clear to travel of all areas. Note 2 decks of Angus cross heifers in this sale to make 4 decks.
