52 ANGUS PTIC BREEDERS that have been tested in calf as 4months and over as of 20th March 2024. Large frame Angus Females have been consistently control joined and culled on fertility. Heifer calves were weaned off the breeders on the same day as the assessment with steer portion being weaned on the 10th June. It is a testament to the females to be returned in calf after very harsh seasonal conditions in 2023 and having weaned calves that have averaged 300kg. Approx. 6 cows with a blue eye but not detrimental and a dozen of the cows have small rub marks on the neck or belly. Cows are presenting in strong store condition and have sound full mouths. Cows would be an ideal trade article or low cost investment to increase numbers with a couple of breeding years left in the females with the right management. 2 cows observed with hip-offs but not impacting their movement. Vendor also has 8 PTIC Angus Cows out of the same mob preg tested under 4months in calf available. Joined to Santa bulls.
