Cattle worked well through the yards well for first calf Heifers with baby calves. Some when separated from calves become a little agitated , however once they were re-mothered they were fine. Heifers were good to muster on bikes.

Originally bought as backgrounders these heifers were exposed to non-pedigree Brahman and Brangus Bulls. The calves range from 3 to 8 weeks of age. There is a total of 60 head of cows and calves in the mob to ensure that 3 decks (54) of correctly mothered cows and calves can be delivered. These heifers are only being sold due to the fact that the property is on the market. One of the bigger calves in the mob has a slightly swollen navel, but this does not seem to be impeding his growth.
