These heifers are very well handled overall. There was the odd heifer that was nervous in the yards.

A line of very well bred Santa/Santa Cross heifers PTIC to high quality Angus bulls (Booroomooka, TeMania, and Lawson). These heifers were bred on Paraway's Rocklands Sation and have been in Barraba since November. The Rockland's cowherd is predominantly high Bos Indicus content crossbred cows. The more Santa type are then joined to Gyranda and Greenup Santa Bulls.
These heifers are showing excellent growth for age and are soft, easy doing cattle. They are well mannered and should calve from late August to Early December.
There are 109 total in this mob and they will be split as a run at the gate.
Please note: vendor also has aprox 360 Brangus X heifers and 150 Brangus Santa X heifers in this sale split into multiple lots.
