Assessor Comments
A very good three deck line of predominantly young cows and calves. These cows and calves are surplus to the requirements of the Murphy family. As per the assessment the cows are predominantly polled with the calves by polled bulls as well. These young breeders have a good future in front of them and are doing a great job on their calves. Any store conditioned cows observed in the photos are young cows with big calves at foot. The different coloured tags one can observe in the photographs are just to identify different family members. The Murphy family have been concentrating on buying some of the best Santa Gertrudis genetics available and it is showing. Vendor has another three deck lot of older cows and calves in the same sale.
