Cows handled very easily at assessment through the yards & crush. Odd cow agitated in the crush but settled down in the mob in the yards. One Q cow was more alert when taking photos, the rest were all very easy.

Another terrific line of Lakala PTIC Cows that are Team Te Mania, EU accredited and are due to commence calving mid-August. There are 23 S (2021) drop & 37 Q (2019) drop in this line, making these only young to middle-aged cows, with many productive years left in them. All cows present in excellent order, being deep bodied, roomy matrons weighing 568kg full (463-656kg), with the S drop cows still having some growing left to do. Lakala turns of approx. 500 steers each year with a long track record for high performance from major feedlotters. Please note; media taken of the two age groups separately, please also note joining dates for both age groups. Extended payment terms available, settling agents to gain approval prior to sale. This herd produces highly functional, commercially focused, easy-care cows that come with our highest recommendation.
