SINCE PURCHASING COWS HAVE BEEN RUNNING IN BIG MOBS WITH MINIMAL HANDLING, THEY ARE QUITE RUNNY & WILL PILE IN A CORNER OF THE YARD WHEN PRESSURE IS APPLIED. NONE WERE AGGRESSIVE & WOULD COME OUT OF THE MOB. ANY COMPETANT STOCK PERSON WOULD HANDLE THEM. I NEVER FELT THREATENED OR HAD TO CLIMB A RAIL.

A LINE OF 71 MIXED BREED COWS. COWS ARE PREDOMINATLEY CHAROLAIS CROSS, SANTA & DROUGHTMASTER CROSSES WITH A FEW BRITISH BREDS & 12 BRINDLES IN THE MOB. THEY WERE PURCHASED LATE SPRING/SUMMER AS COWS & CALVES FROM NORTHERN NSW & THROUGHOUT QLD. COWS HAVE DONE WELL SINCE ARRIVING & HAVE PICKED UP SINCE THE WEANING OF THEIR CALVES & WILL CONTINUE TO GIVEN THE CHANCE. ALL COWS WERE MOUTHED SOUND & WOULD BE IDEAL TO FATTEN ON WINTER CROPS WITH BIG WEIGHT GAINS TO BE MADE.
