QUALITY YOUNG PTIC ANGUS & ANGUS X COWS, IN CALF TO GATES PERFORMANCE GENETICS ANGUS BULLS. ALL COWS WERE PURCHASED AS YOUNG HEIFERS OUT OF THE SOUTHERN AND NEW ENGLAND WEANER SALES IN 2022 TO JOIN AND CARRY THROUGH. COWS HAVE WEANED THEIR FIRST CALF RECENTLY SOME AT ASSESSMENT AND SOME WERE EARLY WEANED IN LATE 2023. HEIFERS PRESENT IN VERY FRESH FORWARD TO FAT CONDITION RESPONDING RAPIDLY TO THE IMPROVING SEASON. THESE COWS IDEALLY WILL SLIP STRAIGHT INTO A BREEDING PROGRAM BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY THATS THROUGHOUT THE MOB, OR ALTERNATIVELY COULD BE CALVED OUT SPLIT AND TRADED ON.
PLEASE NOTE 1 COW HAS ONE COMPLETE BLUE EYE, SHE HAS LIMITED VISION IN THAT EYE. VERY QUIET YOUNG COW THAT WOULD BE CLOSE TO BEING THE HEAVIEST.
