A good quality line of 72 Angus x Cows with 63 Angus x calves. (4 decks) Cows weighed 309 kgs to 609 kgs to avg 453 kgs 16 hrs off feed. The Angus bulls were taken out on the 22 nd Aug 2025 and these cows were preg tested in calf by the local vet on 25th November 25. By rights they should finish calving by end of May. Five springers were removed prior to the assessment. Mostly all medium to large frame for age and breed type with approximately 5% showing smaller frame. Calves: The 65 fresh unmarked Angus x calves weighed from 37 to 121 to avg 69 kgs. (38 bull calves and 27 heifers). This is a great opportunity to buy mostly young, fertile cows that can handle a bit of tough going. Happy to scan at no cost if required? No eye issues or lameness witnessed during assessment. Vendor will keep the oaten hay up the cows until trucking.
