Comment on Fat Score 1 Cattle
generally considered a sound store condition with a small percentage of backward store condition cows amongst them. purchased off northern breeding enterprise earlier this year in light store condition and have picked up considerably on fresher pastures. Would look to have no concerns trucking long distances, however for distances over 800km spelling would be strongly recommended.

Cows where generally very good to handle. content and very easy to manage in larger yards however a small percentage became agitated under pressure in smaller yards. odd cow pushed through the sliding gate into the weigh box however most filed through with no concerns at all. slightly larger flight zone on these cows typical of northern breeders however given space and time settled quickly and moved away from pressure without any drama.

3 decks of Predominately young mixed age,PTIC cows in calf to good Quality Red Brahman Bulls. large percentage of Composite type Cows with minimal hump height being predominately Charbray/Droughmaster and Brangus type cows.. Well educated cows that handled easily in the paddock and the yards, slightly larger flight zone typical of northern breeders however easily managed with basic stock handling skills. 100% VET PTIC - Tested on the 18/06 and all found to be all under 6 months pregnant with majority being 4 - 6 months in calf at time of testing. moderate framed functional breeders in the prime of their breeding years, these cows would ideally suit keeping on as replacement breeders. predominately in an ideal calving window from September through to December should ensure a high re-conception rate. Cows where purchased as a complete herd dispersal earlier this year and this lot represents the PTIC under 6 months portion of that line.

Purchased as part of a complete herd dispersal Ex Normanton earlier this year. These cows are the under 6m PTIC portion of that mob. All cows will be in calf to Red Brahman bulls purchased out of Central QLD.

Grazing Conditions
Good green stands of Fresh Buffell and Mitchell Grasses just beginning to dry out on top with 4-6 inches of green at the base. some Fresh Flinders grass and native annuals still persisting. on open undulating black soil downs.
