Assessor Comments
A line of 79 top of the drop vendor bred heifers, classed in and planned to be kept as replacements. Season dictates sale. From a line of excellent quality cows. All top quality genetics used from premium bloodlines. Waitara Angus are bred to be fertile, functional, medium frame, mid maturity females that calve at 2 years of age and every year after. Haddon Rig’s Angus herd have always been performance cattle with above average performance at major feedlots. These cattle also do equally as well as grass fatteners, with moderate frame sizes and early maturity along with good IMF figures facilitating good carcase data. Vaccinated with 7 in 1 and backlined with Ivomectin in November, these heifers are paddock ready upon delivery.
