This is the fourth of 5 lots offered in this sale by the vendor. The cattle are bought in primarily to feed on, however some may have been bought in as PTIC. Some heifers are identified as pregnant on the farm and removed to calve down. As the cattle are bought in, we cannot guarantee the provenance of breeding on either the cows or the calves, so all descriptions are best guess. These cows have been running with an Apricot Limousin bull.
This lot were drafted out as the larger mixed breed types, and are assumed to be first calvers to middle aged cows
The cattle are in store condition running on short feed and hay, and represent a good trading opportunity and will be priced accordingly. Given room and feed there is no reason they shouldn't go ahead.
1 calf was seen to have a mark in the eye.
