The sodden ground in the crush meant an accurate weight couldn’t be obtained, But cows were extremely quiet & easy to handle in the yards. Were let out and held in a corner to take photos, and were very easy to block up, and walk through for photos & videos.

Good small number of easy, fertile commercial cows to take on. These females consists of 2 marks that were purchased out of the January feature females sale in 2022. One lot was from Kergunyah breeders R & C Mitchell, who use Raff & Llandarlo Angus Blood. The other lot from Benalla, the Whytlaw family, which are Te Mania Angus Blood. Only offered for sale due to getting out of the Cows & Calves and moving in to a trading operation. These medium to large framed cows did an excellent job on their last calves which were 311kg at just 7 months. These are good boned females that carry plenty of milk, produce an excellent calf, and easily handle a high birth weight, or Euro bull if the buyer wanted to go that way.
