Vendor bred EU young cows that have been preg tested in calf after a short joining.
The Rockvale herd was purchased by the vendors 9 years ago when they purchased the property. The herd then was a Shorthorn/Santa, Shorthorn Angus cross herd. In the last 8 years only Angus bulls have been used and the more Angus type females retained.
These are the Red cows out of this age group. They are showing the Santa , Shorthorn composite characteristics.
The herd is on a Pestiguard program with cattle being given annual booster.
