The heifers were easy to handle in the yards, They were a bit hesitant to enter the crush as they had never been weighed before but while being assessed they behaved well and exited the crush in a calm manner

A small line of vendor bred Scott's Angus blood heifers that are PTIC to start calving in mid August 2022. These heifers would normally be retained in the Koonawarra herd but are out of sync with the rest of calving so they are been offered for sale by the vendor. They are medium to large framed heifers with potential of more growth in them in the future. During the assessment there were some heifers noticed with some small patches of white on their udders (refer to photos)
