These heifers have previously run in large mobs since birth. The majority of these females handled well, no heifer stirred when weighed however an odd heifer stirred when drafting off calves and being separated from the bigger mob and whilst pressure was applied in small yards. Please note no heifer was aggressive.

A/c Mathews & Henderson offer 8x9 Angus Heifers and Calves. These females are 2 years of age, present in fresh store condition and are predominately medium to large frame relative to their age These heifers were bred out of the Ballarat region and are doing an excellent job on their calves at foot. Calves are sired by Jade Park Q15, are 3 to 4 months of age and have an average weight of 108kg. These calves consist of 4 steers and 5 heifers with calves marked and vaccinated on the 12th of May 2023. With all the hard work done for you these females and calves are showing the affects of a cold wet winter and given the opportunity they will continue to do an excellent job on their calves at foot.
