Given the cows had been yarded for 24 hours at time of viewing , they were good to handle through the yards and on scales. Small % became agitated but settled quickly back in mob. Will move off pressure easily when applied in the yard. Calves where calm to handle.

Vendor bred line of Brahman cows with 85% black composite and 15% brahman calves at foot. 2 vendor brands in mob. Generally a good quality line of cows with 90% x 2-9 years, 5% x 10 years and 5% x 11 to 12 years in mob. Colours include 55% red, 31% honey, 10% grey and 4% black/brindle. 80% one brand with a second family brand of same quality included. 3 fly bites noted, 1 lighter condition cow in mob, 1 cow with light back leg dog bite. Udders are 95% sound. Calves by Talparra Ultra Black, Ardrosan Angus and Bungona Brahman bulls. A tidy line of calves showing back grounding potential into southern markets. 72% of calves are showing Black or brown colour and 28% are red/honey. 14 calves in mob are brahman with hump. 35% of calves are unprocessed with the balance already processed. Approx 27 calves in mob with HGP. An all-round tidy mob of quality young cows with mostly softer calves at foot suitable for Restocker or starting herd.
