Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Heifers that require experienced stock handling and steadying through gates and the race. The heifers were preg tested and then assessed so had a second time through the race yet only a small number fidgeted or were quicker the second time. When in a large mob and pressured they tend to circle and rush however when handled quietly and with experience are calm and easily managed. The calves are easily excitable.
