Assessor Comments
Quality Heifers with 1st CAF Presenting in forward store condition, calves are marked = (7 x Hfr & 2 x Str). Purchased as PTIC off A+ in May 2024, now on selling as a unit to be re-joined to the bull of your choice. Cattle are up to date with all drenches & vaccines. heifers were purchased specifically for ET program as this is the vendors main line of work, with ET programs average success rate approximately 60% this line represents those that came back empty & are no longer required in the program because the vendor does not have a bull on farm to use as a back up. Vendor expressed this line is one of the best he has ever purchased in all aspects including breeding, temperament, good frame & the fact that none required assistance calving. Note: in the "noticeable traits" section of assessment, cattle were hit with pink eye, all effected cattle have had repeat treatment of Opticlox and patched if required, now only left with the scarring spot and/or white on the eye. pics attached

PICK OF 3 FULL FLUSH HEIFERS
Palgrove Charolais
· Flush · Charolais · Sire: PLEASE SEE CATALOGUE · Dam: PLEASE SEE CATALOGUE · PK25W83E, PK25W44E, PK25W53E (Pick of 3 flush sisters) True to our word, when we release females of this calibre it’s a genuine opportunity to secure the very best our program has to offer — something we don’t do more than twice in a decade. These three full flush sisters, all from one of our elite donor females, represent a rare chance for new or established stud breeders to invest in a future donor female with enormous upside. We couldn’t split them, so the choice is yours — and what a statement they would make at the World Congress in Brisbane this August. They are out of a proven donor female and sired by Rockerfella, who sold to the Ascot Stud for $100,000 in 2022. His first sons featured in last year’s sale, with 20 sons selling to average $20,737, underlining the consistency and demand for this sire line. They also have a full flush brother from the same program who is something truly special. If we don’t retain him, he will feature as a highlight bull in the yearling section of our September sale. Their dam has an outstanding production record, with 20 recorded progeny before the age of five, returning over $100,000 in her first year of sales from just five progeny. This included Ultrahot, who sold to Futurity Charolais for $40,000, and another daughter who sold to Black Duck Charolais for $18,000 as a 10-month-old heifer, who has since entered their donor program. The granddam is also a prominent donor with progeny reaching $36,000. A further first-calf Landmark daughter retained in our herd and full sister to Ultrahot ($40,000) was flushed this year, producing 14 eggs, reinforcing the exceptional fertility and consistency of this female line. You take the choice — and ‘Make your Mark’ on the Charolais breed.
