Heifers were run straight in to be weighed, with no ‘cool off’ period and were quite anxious in the yards as a result, especially after their last visit was to be preg tested. One heifer was more upset than the rest, and caused some of the other heifers to get nervous. All just need a bit more time spent to settle them.

Enormous big roomy females, from a well established Te Mania cow herd. Preg tested in calf to the L.B.W Table Top Angus sire. These Heifers are very well grown and are carrying plenty of condition to go on and rear a calf. Allowed to fully matured before being joined, to calf down as 2 1/2 year olds. Assessed as being Large to very large framed, with a great amount of length and width, and a very deep girth. True to type Angus Heads, with very pretty faces. These are an ideal lot of females to top up numbers in an existing herd of large framed breeders, Or appreciate the short time to calving and do a quick trade with a calf at foot with the up coming New year feature sales around the corner!
