These cows have been handled regularly and flowed well through the yards. The calves were split from the cows for a few hours during the assessment. This didn't stress the cows and they all remained calm. A few cows didn't enjoy being mouthed but settled quickly once through the draft.

Assessor Comments
On offer is an outstanding line of young Angus Cows with calves at foot. These cows are 3 to 6-year-old with the majority being younger cows. They are medium to large frame, in forward store condition and doing a fantastic job on their calves. These Te Mania Blood females were purchased from Wando Estate & Ardgarten in Victoria. There are more steer calves than heifers which carry a reputation of being top performers in the feedlot. All calves were weighed and averaged 151kg, they have been marked and vaccinated (hfrs 7in1 & strs 5in1). Cows have been running back with 5x Te Mania Blood bulls since the 28th of August that will remain in until delivery. Opportunity presents with these young cows as they enter the most productive years of their lives.
