These cows have been handled regularly and flowed well through the yards. The calves were split from the cows for a few hours during the assessment. This didn't stress the cows and they all remained calm. A few cows didn't enjoy being mouthed but settled quickly once through the draft.

Assessor Comments
On offer is an outstanding line of young NSM Angus Cows with calves at foot. These cows are predominately 3-year-old with their 2nd CAF, the balance are 4-year-old with their 3rd CAF. Cows have not been rejoined to the bulls. Cows are medium to large frame, in forward store condition and doing a fantastic job on their calves. These females are a combination on the vendors own breeding as well as cows purchased as weaners and PTIC heifers. Known bloodlines across the lot are Te Manina, KO and Alloura. All calves were weighed and averaged 130kg. They have been marked three weeks ago and are full of milk. Cows are only being offered as they are outside the vendors typical calving window. Opportunity presents with these young cows as they enter the most productive years of their lives.
