These heifers arrived with their mothers 2 years ago and it was evident they had not been handled often. Since being weaned off their mothers, they have responded well to low stress stock handling techniques and, except for the odd one have settled well and are easy to work. Calves handled very well through the yards also.

Assessor Comments
On offer is 84 Heifers with 84 marked Angus X calves at foot with 77 of the Heifers PTIC to the Angus bulls again. Heifers are doing a great on their first calf as they are fresh and growing well. Heifers are rising 2.5 years old and are in store to strong store condition. Heifers arrived here as calves 2 years ago and exact breeding history is not known. Please see photos and videos to make your own assessment. Calves are mid Feb to end of March 2022 drop and have a weight range of 135-290kg to avg 228kg and there was 49 heifer calves and 35 steer calves at assessment. One red calf (Scarring on eye) in lot unsure of its sire as it was born before all the Angus calves were due to be born. One heifer has only one eye (but doesn't seem to effect her) and there is slight scaring in 3 other heifers but definitely not detrimental.
