Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Generally a good mob of Brangus X cows to handle. Flowed through yards with reasonably little stress in trying conditions after recent rains. Odd cow stirred a little in the drafting process although nothing out of the ordinary and soon settled back into mob. As can be seen from the videos they are reasonably quiet mob outside the yards showed no real tendency to stir if handled correctly

Assessor Comments
A good line of Brangus and Brangus X young breeders. Depastured continuously to Bongongo Angus bulls from the start of December and preg tested on the 1st of May. Bulls remained with cows until assessment on the 10th. One could safely assume a good number of the non detectable cows will be found in calf if retested in 6 weeks time. Cows were purchased as PTIC heifers ex Winton and Charters Towers last September as part of a larger, mixed breed line - see other lots in this sale - all calved at "Greendale" and the weaners off these cows were sold via Aplus several weeks ago. These were the earlier calving units and all raised a live calf. Cows with plenty of scope and scale should continue to grow out on the right feed. Dressed up would present as a proper article with a calf at foot next spring. To keep or to trade, worthy of closer consideration.
