Assessor Comments
Buyers the top line of well-bred Shorthorn heifers weaners averaging 242kg. The last few years the vendor has spent a lot of money on genetics which is starting to show with the style and type of these cattle! They have good frame and length, with plenty of shape, style and type. Going forward, these heifers should continue to grow out into well finished medium to heavyweight yearlings suitable for all grassfed markets being Greenhams NE, JBS FA and NG/NA. Alternatively if purchaser desired, these heifers could be grown out into future breeders Note: One heifer is 3/4 Shorthorn, 1/4 Wagyu (302kg), the purchaser has the right to remove her from the line if required Note: One heifer showing slight signs of ringworm, this is not seen as detrimental Note: Vendor has multiple lines in this sale
