These steers have been educated in the race and yards at weaning time. In the yards to mob presented as calm and responded well to pressure, were sensible when moved between yards and when let out directly into the paddock. The majority of the mob walked into the crush without hesitation, stood quietly and walked out. A selection were reluctant to stand and presented as slightly stirry/stirry, they settled once returned. They were not nasty or difficult to handle.

Buyers a rare opportunity to secure a large line of weaned Angus steers. On offer is the first draft of 62hd out of 124hd of the top line of steers. The entire run weighed a tight 270 - 338kgs to average 288kgs full at assessment. They have the potential to grow into heavy feeders or continue on for the heavy export market given the right opportunity. They are tracking along well being supplemented with hay as well as grain free pellets, are healthy and fit to travel. These steers are used to dogs and have had yard training.
