Steers were generally very easy to handle throughout the weighing and assessment process. Some steers showed slight agitation in the crush but quickly settled once real eased into the mob.

Assessor Comments Seconds of the Autumn Drop of the Romahon Angus steers with the entire drop being offered. Steers are ideal to put out and grow to target either a domestic market into heavier feeder weights with the Romahon steers being noted for their performance. Steers are sired by both Coolana and Murdeduke sires and have been yard weaned on pasture hay prior to being returned to paddock. Please Note: 1 steer was observed to have old pink eye scarring at assessment, with their vision appearing unaffected. Vendor has another 3 lots in Weaner & Yearling sale totalling 206 Autumn 2021 drop weaners.
