28 ANGUS & ANGUS CROSS HEIFERS TO AVERAGE 294.50KG AT DELIVERY. HEIFERS WERE A LITTLE AGITATED WHILST BEING ASSESSED, DUE TO THE FACT THEY HAD ONLY RETURNED HOME FROM AN AGISTMENT PADDOCK, AND HAVEN'T HAD THE HANDLING THAT THE VENDORS USUALLY GIVE. 1 HEIFER HAS SMALL SCURRS AND RED TINGE THROUGH COAT. 1 HEIFER HAS SLIGHT WHITE MARKINGS ON FACE. 1 HEIFER HAS OLD PINK EYE SCAR IN 1 EYE. 4 HEIFERS HAVE SLIGHT WHITE UNDERBELLY. THESE HEIFERS WILL DEVELOP INTO DECENT CATTLE AS THEY HAVE COME OUT OF WET COLD WINTER, A COMPENSATORY WEIGHT GAIN TO BE HAD. HEIFERS WILL SETTLE DOWN FINE IN THE RIGHT HANDS, BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF A QUIET COW HERD.
