Buyers these steers were great to draft, assess and handle. The vendor puts plenty of time into them at weaning. The occasional steer was quick through the pound when drafting or in the yards under pressure but all were safe to handle with ease. Approximately half the steers were unsettled in the crush when being pre-treated with injectable, mouthed etc which is understandable. The vendors cattle are renowned for being well educated and of good temperament in and out of the yards.

Buyers please consider this renowned line of 34 (1 deck) EU accredited Brangus steers. Weighing from 253-375 kgs to average 318 kgs full at assessment or 303 kgs est at delivery. A genuine line of young backgrounder steers bred in lighter country showing good frame, quality and weight for age. An attractive deck of EU backgrounder steers. Grain, crop or grass i have full confidence these steers will perform to their reputation. Buyers please refer to my photos and videos as part of my description. Please note 2 steers have white markings, 2 brindle steers both which are common throw backs in the breed. A small handful have slight buffalo fly bite scarring. Pre treated with bomectin inectable to help with ease of movement into tick free areas. The vendor will weigh and deliver to Emerald saleyards, for tick free buyers the vendor will guarantee clear of the dip. PCAS eligible steers.
