Heifers handled well throughout the assessment process. 6 heifers were noted to be agitated in weigh station/confined space. Heifers demonstrated good handling & a quite nature when held in our presence, demonstrating a desire to trot when allowed & block comfortably when required, typical to unweaned calves. Heifers demonstrated a calm presence in holding paddock & backyards when being photographed & videoed on foot. See videos for further reference.

47 - Vendor bred Angus Heifer weaners - Heifers are a complete drop of Autumn drop heifer calves. Heifer present in healthy forward store to fresh condition. Heifers are currently on the their mothers & will remain on cows until delivery. Heifers are managed within a rotational program, frequently being moved/ handled, indicative of the good temperaments experienced throughout the assessment process, particularly in holding paddock for media purposes. Sale of Heifers presents an opportunity to purchase a quality line of Angus females whom were bred from reputable Angus bloodlines & sired by the high indexing Wattletop Angus Bulls. Heifers are of good quality suitable of becoming future breeding females. Heifers are also suitable for either Grass Fed Markets, or background as feeders for either Domestic or Export markets. Please note Vendor has 47 steer weaners being the male portion of the Autumn drop in same sale - total offering of 94 one mark weaners.
