Easily walked quietly with dogs and bikes some distance to the yards. Cattle were good to handle through their own familiar yards. Also previously had walked through in the paddock and cattle were easily viewed and quiet whilst gathering in groups..

Assessor Comments
Principally Good quality EU heifers in fresh store to forward condition. They have been running on good crop with access to roughage hay adlib. Rapidly improved with warm weather and drier paddocks. A number were observed with cycling behaviours. Parraweena has always invested strongly in quality seed stock. The addition of females from the longer established angus herd at Highbank adds to the breeding potential. This is the 2nd cut of their heifers after a further tail was removed. that leaves a highly attractive run of Angus heifers with length and scope. Bred with flexibility to satisfy most quality markets including both slaughter and restocker. They presently have their "foot on the till" to finish , or equally suitable to join and retain as future matrons. I noticed 5 head with old, light eye scar in off eyes and 2 in the near eye. The flexibilty to feed or grow onto most high value markets .
