53 backgrounder weaned steers comprising of Santa & Santa cross and Angus & Angus cross steers are of good quality and do come highly recommended for both grass and grain finishers this draft of steers were + 285 kg at assessment to ave 340 kg with a top weight of 410 kg steers show good weight for age with good bone and muscle formation 8-12 months old HGP treated with revelor 400 at weaning small % untreated steers are now on the do and present on the bloom steers are lightly prepared and bunker trained on a nutritionist weaner silage ration past 5 weeks vendor would normally see through but needed to make room for cows and calves a GQ draft of genuine backgrounders that will perform and hit good feeder or kill weights same vendor same sale offering another 38 weaned HGP free steers and 47 backgrounder heifers and 44 weaned heifers please see photos and videos for full satisfaction
