All heifers were very well handled in the yard with none stirring up, once singled out and weighed individually, a few stirred up and when the portion that were mouthed were caught in the head bale, some stirred up more but once back with the mob were no concern.

Assessor Comments
A great opportunity to buy a nice line of droughtmaster x heifers. The heifers were purchased as weaners directly out of coastal sale yards in Queensland with the idea of selling as feeder heifers. Heifers have a good temperament with a handful stirring up in the crush but nothing to be worried about. Being off light country these heifers will excel on quality pastures. A percentage of these heifers are perfectly suited for a Woolies or Coles job and the entire mob would be ideal for either oats fattening/backgrounding or to join to bulls. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE THE VENDOR HAS ANOTHER TWO LINES OF ANGUS X AND CHARBRAY X HEIFERS IN THE SAME SALE.
