A couple of Heifers were unsettled throught out the drafting process and assessment, once back with the balance of Heifers they settled back down and walked away, Balance of Heifers were good and worked through cattle yards with ease, Vendor mentioned that they were no problem in paddock or mustering

Assessor Comments
Only 10 Heifers that may suit a breeder or background for the next Oats crop. The Santa Charolais cross has given these Heifers some bone and length and seeing their mothers should develop into big frame breeders. This vendor normally keeps all Heifers for replacements but wants to keep their sire in breeding herd for few more years. One Santa Heifer as you will see in photos has got short hair which has not affected her growth or frame and should not be a problem if you are feeding these heifers on, also one heifer showed a little fly scaring around the eyes also showing no problem and has been treated when first noticed.
