Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These heifers were easy to move around the yards but do tend to have a bit of trot in them in the bigger yards. In the race and crush the odd one was difficult to handle and tended to push in the race making it hard to handle them when they got to the crush. There is absolutely nothing in the mob considered aggressive however, The temperament of these could have been impacted by the hot conditions and going through the yards a number of times in 2 days.

Assessor Comments
Buyers a 3-deck lot of Breeder quality EU and Teys grass land accredited yearling heifers that have presented in forward store condition. Heifers are really on the do and show pretty good weight for age. They will suit a multitude of orders including domestic feed lot heifers or to take through to heavier grass MSA domestic slaughter markets. However, they would be best suited for restockers looking to secure future breeders to replenish depleted herds. These heifers stand on very good bone, show plenty of length and have the frame to grow into very promising females. With no access to bulls or stags these heifers are ready to take to a bull of your choice now. Noted- noticed 1 heifer with very light warts on the head and 1 heifer with a slightly enlarged navel included in sale. NOTE: The vendor has guaranteed these cattle clean for tick free buyers, however if cattle present dirty at clearing dip this cost will be covered by the vendor, if cattle go clean at dip this is the buyer cost
