Heifers were generally placid in the backyards (refer to video). The odd heifer was anxious in the crush and quick upon release, but settled when returned to their companions.

An even line of good quality Angus yearling heifers that present in fresh store condition (301-360kg at assessment). All heifers are vendor bred using Ben Nevis and Glenmorgan sires and possess the quality to be incorporated in to most commercial breeding programmes Alternatively considered suitable to feed to high quality heavier carcass weights on either grass or grain. One heifer has a white udder, another a white spot under her flank, and one has a birthmark on her near side neck region, non of which would be considered detrimental to either breeding or feeding applications.
