3 decks of very good quality weaned steers from the highly regarded "Lazy A Droughtmaster" commercial herd. A run of Light weight #4 & #5 weaner steers that are ideal to take through to feed on weights or grow through to grass bullocks. well suited to southern markets with only 6 steers showing higher content. Majority reds and honeys with 3 x Ultra Blacks and 3 showing white. All weaned and handled with no milk fat on them. These steers come from an outstanding commercial herd with numerous repeat buyers that can attest to the quality and do-ability. drafted into a neat line with the tail removed and ranging from 241 to 389kg at assessment 15% between 241 and 260kg, 50% between 260kg and 300kg and 35% between 300 and 389kg full weight. 100% weighed at assessment for buyers confidence. Well handled steers with good moderate frame, tidy heads & an excellent temperament. 2 X lots of 108hd to be sold as a run of the gate split. description may vary slightly between mobs.

Returned to: Steers will be yard weaned with hay until delivery and tailed out on above described feed.
Vendor Comments
Part of our annual turn off of weaner steers. #4 steers weaned in November and kept going forward on weaner meal. Branded #4’s but only 4/6 months older than #5 weaners. Heavier than our normal turn off due to wetter than average season.

QLD buyers can clear steers on farm Interstate buyers must go through clearing facility in either Richmond or Julia Creek. First dip is at buyers expense however if steers fail the first dip vendor will pay associated feeding, labour and 2nd dip.
