Well educated heifers that worked well through the yards. Some became a bit agitated in the crush and head bale during assessment and preg testing, but settled down pretty well on their release.

Assessor Comments
Good and very good quality, soft, vendor bred yearling heifers. Well educated, with very good weight for age, they are the right cross to suit any job. Good enough to join as breeders, soft enough to feed as trade heifers and enough bone and frame to add kilograms and take through to heavy export or kill heifers. Only a small lead of these heifers have been retained as replacement heifers and a small tail removed at assessment to assist with freight. The vendors cattle have received very positive feedback for their average daily gain from purchasing feedlots previously.
